It is about time that we have some serious dialog in Congress about changing our laws against Cannabis possession as a crime, Hemp manufacturing, and Medical Marijuana. If you think that theses things are all the same thing, then you need to read up more on male and female pot plants and what the different industries that hate them do in congress to keep it illegal.
