The Music Ranch is a great place to camp if you want to save money and don’t mind ruffing it a little.

Marijuana Policy Project opens shop in Austin, Texas Y’all!

legalize marijuana

Marijuana Policy Project

It is about time that we have some serious dialog in Congress about changing our laws against Cannabis possession as a crime, Hemp manufacturing, and Medical Marijuana. If you think that theses things are all the same thing, then you need to read up more on male and female pot plants and what the different industries that hate them do in congress to keep it illegal. Let’s turn Texas Green!

From the Marijuana Policy Project web site.

Mission Statement

Increase public support for non-punitive, non-coercive marijuana policies.
Identify and activate supporters of non-punitive, non-coercive marijuana policies.
Change state laws to reduce or eliminate penalties for the medical and non-medical use of marijuana.
Gain influence in Congress.

(as approved by the board on December 1, 2008)

Vision Statement

MPP and MPP Foundation envision a nation where marijuana is legally regulated similarly to alcohol, marijuana education is honest and realistic, and treatment for problem marijuana users is non-coercive and geared toward reducing harm.
