Austin Hip Hop Underground

Something needs to change. But what? what needs to change about the Hip Hop scene in Austin. Maybe it needs to die and rebuild. Does Austin have a need, a want for a legit Hip Hop scene because news to everyone; THERE ISNT ONE. It does not exist. What I do know is that someone needs to take it to the next level. There is not that one artist in Austin that everyone looks to for some good music. That needs to happen some day. So. here is the question. Who is it? Who is the best that Austin has to offer? Who has the most potential to take it to a national platform? Who has the most talent?
